What are your shipping rates?

New Zealand Shipping Rates

At Fishpond, we cover the cost of shipping and delivery within New Zealand or Australia.

This excludes Sell Yours items which incur a $3.95 handling fee per item, as these are not sent by Fishpond.

Any additional Rural Delivery surcharges applied by delivery companies are passed on to the customer.

Fast shipping is available on some products. The shipping fee and estimated delivery time will be calculated for you during check-out. Fast shipping is sent directly from Fishpond warehouse while standard shipping will be ordered from one of our suppliers.

New Zealand Delivery Times

The email that states your order has shipped includes the method the items were shipped by. For each method, the following delivery timeframes apply:

CourierPost

Target delivery times for couriers:

  • Business Addresses: By 9am the next working day
  • Residential Addresses: By 12 noon the next working day
  • Rural Delivery Addresses: 2-3 working days

Fastpost Mail

Next working day in main centres, 1-3 days for remote areas.

NZ Post Standard Mail

Next working day in Auckland, 1-3 days for all other areas.

Please note that delivery targets are a guide only and we do not guarantee that your item will arrive within the delivery target.

If your order doesn't arrive within the given timeframe, please let us know via the order tracking system.

International Shipping Rates (NZD)

Asia $14.95 + $9.95 per item
US & Canada $14.95 + $4.95 per item
South Africa $14.95 + $4.95 per item
UK & Western Europe $14.95 + $9.95 per item

International Delivery Times

International Airmail
Australia: 3-6 working days after dispatch
Rest of world: 6-10 working days after dispatch
