I want to send a gift overseas. Will my Fishpond Premium subscription cover international shipping?

International shipping charges will still apply; these will be calculated at checkout.

I bought my subscription but have changed my mind and wish to cancel. Will I get a refund?

We are sorry to hear that!

Cancellations are allowed within the first 30 days of your subscription. Please note that shipping fees for any orders placed in those first 30 days will be deducted from your refund.

After 30 days, subscriptions may not be cancelled. Let us know at any time if you don’t want your annual subscription to renew on its expiry and we’ll take care of that for you.

What do I get in a Fishpond Premium trial?

One month of unlimited FREE standard delivery within New Zealand/Australia on locally stocked products (excludes large and/or heavy items).

What happens after the trial period finishes?

Your saved credit card will be charged $49.99 and your purchase of a 12-month Fishpond Premium subscription will be finalised. On each anniversary of the 12 months, we will renew the subscription unless it has been cancelled prior.

What if Fishpond changes the price of Premium before my next annual renewal?

Any subscription fee increases will be notified by email 30 days before renewal to allow for cancellation decisions to be made if desired.

I’ve decided I don’t want to continue after the free trial. What do I do?
