I'm adding tracking details to an order and it's asking for a URL. What does this mean?

A URL a is tracking link that the carrier (NZ Post for example) will provide and what we will share on your behalf with your customer. See the screenshot below as reference.

  • Tracking Number: the unique tracking reference number for your package
  • Tracking link: the link to the tracking page on the carrierā€™s website
  • Transport Carrier Name: The name of the carrier, for example NZ Post, Australia Post, Aramex

    Please note that the tracking link is not required for orders less than $50 which means no fields on the form need to be completed.
