I am based overseas. Can I still sell on Fishpond?

Yes, you can. Fishpond has many overseas based third party sellers who sell items on the site.

Please be aware that overseas based third party sellers assume all responsibility for their listings, including ensuring that safety standards and other regulations in the country the product is being sold in are met.

Overseas based third party sellers give Fishpond's customers access to products at great prices because in many cases these sellers cut the middle man out of the supply chain. And often, these overseas based third party sellers provide access to many products that may not be available through other channels because local distributors or retailers do not import the full range of products.

Fishpond does not act as agent for either party for Sell Yours transactions.
