What is your Pre-order Price Guarantee?

The price of a pre-order can sometimes change between the time you purchase a product and the time it is released. We guarantee that if the price of your pre-order is cheaper at the time of release, we will automatically update your order so that you are charged the lower price.

If you find that the price of your pre-order has dropped, there's no need to do anything. We process these daily and you will receive an email notification informing you that your order has qualified for the Pre-order Price Guarantee.

Please note that if you have already paid for your order, a refund will be credited to your Fishpond account.
