this may be iron and wines strongest album. though it keeps many characteristics that make up the sound of iron and wine such as the whispered sometimes urgent sound voice this cd sounds very different, its far more lush and layered then anything from say 'our endless numbered days' and is more exciting and immediately grabbing because of it
