The debut EP from Joe Jonas' synth pop-influenced project DNCE, 2015's SWAAY showcases the group's exuberant, catchy sound. Joining the former Jonas Brothers' vocalist in DNCE are guitarist JinJoo Lee (Jordin Sparks, Charlie XCX, Cee-Lo Green), bassist/keyboardist Cole Whittle (Semi-Precious Weapons), and drummer Jack Lawless (Demi Lovato, Miley Cyrus). Together, DNCE make a frenetic, party-oriented style of '80s-influenced dance-rock also influenced by such similarly inclined acts as Maroon Five, Scissor Sisters, Robyn, and the Knife.
