About the Author

Axelle Girard was born in Paris in 1982. As a child and teenager she led a nomadic life, following her diplomat father from the US to France and China, from France to Indonesia and Australia. Girard settled in Paris and joined the "Ecole Normale Superieure for Languages and Social Sciences" in June 2002. Axelle took her "Maitrise" in English in 2004 and is currently working on Theatre Studies at the ENS in Lyon, with Prof. Jean Loup Riviere.
