Reviews

"The book provides good coverage for the CTP course. I approve of the learning objectives at the start of each chapter, and the summary at the end of each chapter is a useful tool. The use of case studies and tasks give students the opportunity to reflect on the issues covered. The book’s strong point is its up-to-date coverage of the elements of the CTP course"
*Debbie Payne, CIPD Course Tutor for the Certificate in Training Practice, Eastleigh College, UK*

"There is very limited choice for specific HRD textbooks...Those that exist are very basic and operational in focus. I would be very keen to recommend the text to my students"
*Jane Eldridge, Lecturer in HRM, Southampton Institute, UK*
