About the Author

Kristin O'Rourke is a licensed clinical social worker, child therapist, and parenting consultant with over fifteen years of experience supporting children with anxiety disorders and behavioral issues. She owns In-Home LCSW, PLLC, a private group practice which offers home and office-based counseling services for children, women, and families in Rockland and Westchester counties in New York and Bergen County in New Jersey. Kristin's passion is to empower children and their families to reach their fullest potential and to help them understand that the key to happiness lies within them.
