About the Author

Gorka Barredo nació y vive en Vitoria, aunque ha pasado parte de su vida en Palencia. Con la crisis económica tuvo que reinventarse. Comenzó a investigar, a formarse, a leer y ver programas de cocina y así descubrió que esta era su verdadera pasión. En 2014, y casi por azar, abrió su canal de YouTube, ¡Que viva la cocina!, su homólogo en inglés (Food & Cooking), el blog (CocinaCaseraYFacil.net) y su página de Facebook. Las visitas y seguidores pronto empezaron a subir, y a día de hoy son muchos los que aprenden a cocinar con Gorka cada semana.
