She has published numerous research papers in clinical and health psychology and presents at national and international conferences. Labb� has earned several awards, including the Phi Kappa Phi Scholar of the Year Award, the Orurobors Award, Who's Who in Biobehavioral Sciences, and university excellence in teaching and service awards. She is the editor in chief of Journal of Sport Behavior and clinic director for the USA Psychological Clinic in Mobile, Alabama.
