About the Author

Paul Jaminet, Ph.D., is a former astrophysicist at the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics and coauthor, with Shou-Ching Jaminet, Ph.D., of Perfect Health Diet. Shou-Ching Jaminet, Ph.D., is a molecular biologist and cancer researcher at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Harvard Medical School. She is also director of BIDMC's Multi-Gene Transcriptional Profiling Core. John Pruden is a professional voice actor who records audiobooks, corporate and online training narrations, animation and video game characters, and radio and TV commercials. An AudioFile Earphones Award winner, John has a solid creative foundation from which to draw for his intelligent audiobook narrations.
