Reviews

?Sicker has utilized and synthesized the most competent (and recent) historical research, presenting a comprehensive study of this vital and consequential aspect of European power politics. He clearly explains how those policies shaped the map of the region and created many of its still-unresolved problems....this is an excellent supplement....Upper-division undergraduate students and above.?-Choice
