Dyan Sheldon is an adult novelist, humourist and children's author. Her books for young people include Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen; Tall, Thin and Blonde; Ride on, Sister Vincent; The Boy of My Dreams; And Baby Makes Two; Undercover Angel and Undercover Angel Strikes Again. She has also written a number of Sweet Valley High titles, three young fiction stories about Harry and Chicken, Elena the Frog; Leon Loves Bugs; He's Not My Dog and several picture books. Among these are The Whales' Song (Winner of the 1991 Kate Greenaway Medal); The Garden and Love, Your Bear Pete. She divides her time between London and New York.
