Michelle was once an over-achiever, with a very cheeky inner critic sitting on her shoulder. Back then, she completed a law and commerce degree simultaneously - whilst helping women in domestic violence as a social worker. But even though she had done all the right things, she felt like something wasn't quite right. Her first awakening happened in a meditation retreat. There, she realised that her inner critic was out of control. And that her inner perfectionist had made her its bitch. With this awakening, Michelle decided to turn things around.
