About the Author

Shechen Rabjam is an accomplished young teacher who teches from the viewpoint of contemporary meditators and understands their issues. He is also the grandson and spiritual heir of Dilgo Khyentse. He is the abbot of Shechen Monasteries in Nepal and India supervises the Schechen Orgyan Chozong Nunnery in Bhutan and is spearheading various humanitarian aid projects in Tibet, Nepal and India.
