Pamela Minett (BSc (Hons), Biological sciences) is the author of educational textbooks including Child Care & Development, now in its 7th edition, and The Environment Explained series. She is also co-author, with David Wayne and David Rubenstein, of Human Form & Function. Pamela is an experienced teacher and publisher and has been an examiner in Human Biology for various awarding bodies. She was a director of the Book Trust and was Chair of the former Scientific and Technical Group of the Society of Authors.
