About the Author

Philosophy has been a passion of mine since a young age when the riddles of the universe first snuck into my soul and the everyday everydayness of life coming alive left me spellbound as if I could see things through a pair of kaleidoscopic spectacles. My focus over the past twenty years of working in schools, external literacy programs and theatre has been to awaken the philosopher inside the minds of children to get them thinking about how they are thinking and wondering about why they are wondering by enchanting them with vivid stories, complex creatures, twinkling soundtracks and most importantly, questions. Inka's desire to understand her destiny leads to profound questions about the essence of art itself. Clare-Rose Trevelyan delves into these issues skillfully, inviting readers to contemplate the intricacies of human creativity and the diverse ways we perceive the world. What sets Eternal Inka apart from similar works is the concept of seeing it through someone else's eyes. Inka's journey forces her to confront different perspectives and challenges her preconceived notions. This beautifully written book leaves a lasting impression, encouraging us to ponder the nature of art, destiny, and the kaleidoscope of human experiences. I recommend it highly." - 5 Star Readers' Favorite Review by Lexie Fox
"A superbly illustrated young adult graphic novel that's not only inspiring, it's also a compelling read. Highly recommended!" - The Wishing Shelf
"I am loving this book. It is so creative and innovative. I love the story, the format and the songs that go with it. So much of storytelling has been lost with technology and so much stuff is generic and contrived these days, but this really stands out." - Lesliayn
