Eberhard Wille war nach dem Studium an der Universit�t Bonn, der Promotion und der Habilitation an der Universit�t Mainz Professor f�r Volkswirtschaftslehre und Finanzwissenschaft an der Universit�t Mannheim. Er ist derzeit als Emeritus u.a.
