About the Author

Der Autor: Ingo Ullmann wurde 1975 in Kiel geboren. Ab 1996 studierte er in Kiel an der rechtswissenschaftlichen Fakult�t. Nach dem Ersten Staatsexamen 2001 promovierte er am Lehrstuhl f�r Deutsche und Europ�ische Rechtsgeschichte, B�rgerliches Recht und Handelsrecht der Christian-Albrechts-Universit�t zu Kiel. Seit 2005 ist er Referendar am Landgericht Kiel. 2006 erfolgte die Promotion.
