About the Author

Christian A. Czernik wurde 1978 in Schwetzingen geboren und studierte nach seinem Wehrdienst und einer kaufmännischen Berufsausbildung Rechtswissenschaft in Mannheim, Lausanne und Hamburg. Nach dem Ersten Juristischen Staatsexamen 2006 arbeitete er als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter bei der Kanzlei Baker & McKenzie in Berlin. Seit 2009 ist er Rechtsreferendar am Hanseatischen Oberlandesgericht in Hamburg. Die Promotion erfolgte im Wintersemester 2010/11.
