About the Author

Katharine Ibbs, an experienced home economist and food stylist, brings her fresh approach to cooking to the DK Children’s Cookbook and I Can Cook! A passionate believer in the importance of learning about cooking from an early age, Katharine has taught cooking classes for kids and contributed to numerous children’s cookbooks. 

Howard Shooter is a food photographer with more than 20 years of experience. He has been a finalist for Pink Lady Food Photographer of the Year three separate times. His studio is based in Camden, London. Among his many clients are Pepsi Co, Marks and Spencer, KFC, Lipton, and Hellman's.
