The authors offer a fresh translation of the texts and lay out the parallels in a simple and efficient manner, with sigla indicating primary parallels and, in different accents, more distant potential connections with other texts. The Synoptic Gospels are the main reference points and are presented in their entirety; other texts are included only when they represent a significant parallel to synoptic passages.
