About the Author

Fiona Reeves lives in Manchester, UK with her husband Mark and two children. Her son was diagnosed with autism when he was 6 years old, and this has inspired Fiona to write some books to help him. Fiona wrote this book to explain her son's Autism to him and his friends in a factual way rather than a story about a specific character with very specific symptoms, as Autism isn't like that. Her second book, 'The Children's Guide To Things People Say (but don't really mean)', is all about UK sayings / metaphors / idioms / phrases people use that aren't meant to be taken literally. It was published on Amazon in August 2016. Fiona has primarily worked as a Software Engineer and Website Developer. Online, Fiona lives at fhreeves on Instagram, @fionahreeves on Twitter and her home address is www.fionareeves.co.uk
