Kenneth W. Kizer, MD, MPH, is Director of the Institute for Population Health Improvement, UC Davis Health, and a Distinguished Professor in the UC Davis School of Medicine (Department of Emergency Medicine) and the Betty Irene Moore School of Nursing.
