After working as a computer scientist for two decades, Brenda Schnable learned that she was no longer called to sit behind a desk and code. She took her first yoga class in 1992 and became a certified yoga instructor a little more than a decade later. In 2007, she became a certified yoga therapist. She currently holds the status of E-RYT500 with the Yoga Alliance and is a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists. She studies and draws inspiration from a wide variety of yoga and Qigong styles. As a yoga therapist, Schnable helps people on their healing journey, whether it is recovering from an injury, coping with a common ailment, or a chronic condition. As a yoga instructor, she helps people relax, de-stress, and breathe deeply while building strength, flexibility, confidence, and self-acceptance. Schnable is passionate about awakening the body's wisdom and innate intelligence and accessing the energies that dwell within us to maintain health, gain vitality, and heal.
