Oliver, Richard and Gregory Gladwin run The Shed restaurant in Notting Hill, London. Oliver is head chef, having cooked at the Oxo Tower, Launceston Place and River Cottage, Richard manages the restaurant and Gregory runs a farm in West Sussex, where they source much of their produce.
