BILL WISE is a retired middle school teacher who now writes
full-time. In addition to teaching math and English, he coached
baseball and basketball (his favorite sport) for many years. This
book was inspired by Bill's passion for sports, nature, and
mathematics. As a former teacher he likes to create activities that
connect math with nature and sports. Bill has written five

REBECCA EVANS started drawing as soon as she could hold a crayon
and just never stopped. She has authored and/or illustrated

in Maryland and enjoys spending time with her husband and four
young children.
