Half way through this book it is becoming patently aware to me that men have a very challenging role in a relationship with their significant other. If i were i man i dont know if i would bother. I am gaining respect for a strong men as i read. just need to find one

I'm a man who has taken on some pretty big challenges and done some things a lot of other people wouldn't think of trying to do. I usually do a really good job of anything I try and usually get great results. Then I did a really good job of wrecking my relationship with my first wife, and was pretty close to doing the same thing all over again with my second wife. I realised I was the common problem in both my marriages! I've done pretty of processional development for my careers and investing, but neglected learning more from professionals about relationships and marriage, dumb move! After separating from my wife I did plenty of sole searching, read plenty of books and attended courses, workshops etc, some helped here and there, but nothing made the biggest impact that reading The Way of the Superior Man did! This book is not for the faint hearted, is controversial, and puts you, your emotions, and your relationship at great risk. if you apply the lessons in this book the wrong way you could end up more screwed up than you were before, but applied the right way, it could change the rest of your life for the better. At first you'll feel strange, not yourself and even your partner won't recognise you. But with repetition, determination and practice, it'll start to make sense and you'll better than before. Trying to be 'the superior man' is now my biggest challenge, my wife and daughters love me more for taking up the challenge. Thanks for this straight talking, humours and insightful book David

First of all this book is an the most recommended book I have read...actually it's an essential!! It helps explain men, women, relationships (not just male-female) and life in general. The wording can take some getting used to but once your with it your mind will be blown with the amount of practical information and knowledge this man has on those subjects. You don't have to be knowledgable in yogaic practices (I wasn't) to understand this book but damn this book makes so much sense it's quite scary. I'd also like to add if your a women this is also a good guide to understanding men So if your looking to fill the whole in your life buy this book and read it till your eyes hurt........Very highly recommended!!!
