I use this book a lot. basically, every time I want to find out more about myself and my health.
I have recommended this book and in fact bought copies for my family and friends.
It is very easy to use and Inna is very well presented.
My friend healed her back and I have used it for a number of health conditions. It is great with working on emotional issues as well.
It is in-depth but still easy to follow and very effective.
Well done. I will keep telling people about this treasure.

I love this book and found it very helpful. My chiropractor told me it was good, so I bought it.
It is very easy to use and very accurate in my opinion. I refer to it a lot as it covers a lot of ground I haven't found anywhere else. It is unusual in that it gives processes you can use, not just affirmations.
A friend of mine healed her back using the book and it seems to come very highly recommended by people such as Jack Canfield and Dr Bernie Seigal.

The Secret language of Your Body is fantastic. There is so much information. Luckily it is very practical and useful. There are many great healing processes that work wonders. So many people I know have been able to use this book for self-healing.

This book is very useful. I often refer to it when one of us has an ailment to see what the emotion is behind it. It actually helps by giving you insights into issues you are going through but are perhaps not aware of them. It's a great book to help you to get to know your own body and assist it in its healing.

Along the same lines as Louisa Hay's book. Interesting but not exhaustive in the types of conditions listed.
