About the Author

Julia Kelly is a Researcher in the Faculty of Arts and Sciences at the University of Hull. Her previous publications include Giacometti Critical Essays (ed., with Peter Read, Ashgate 2009) and Found Sculpture and Photography, from Surrealism to Contemporary Art (ed. with Anna Dezeuze, 2013). Jon Wood is Research Curator at the Henry Moore Institute, Leeds. He has written widely on 20th-century and contemporary sculpture, including the Modern Sculpture Reader (ed. with Alex Potts and David Hulks, 2007/12), Articulate Objects: Voice, Sculpture and Performance (ed. with Aura Satz, 2009), United Enemies: The Problem of Sculpture in Britain in the 1960s and 1970s (2011) and 1913: The Shape of Time (2012).
