Kennedy Graham is a former consultant, diplomat, and international civil servant, and is currently a research fellow at the University of Canterbury in Christchurch, New Zealand, and project director at UNU-CRIS in Bruges, Belgium. Tânia Felício graduated from the College of Europe (Bruges) and she holds a master's of arts in political European studies and is a specialist in the field of security. Previously she studied international relations and international economics in Lisbon, Portugal. She gained valuable practical experience of the United Nations' structures, mainly the Security Council, in her stages at the Portuguese Foreign Affairs Minister and at the United Nations Documentation Center in Lisbon.
