Reviews

“The book is a comprehensive treatise on the subject of public expenditure management in India and examines every aspect from the early days of the East India Company. Public expenditure has fallen woefully short in the outcomes it is expected to deliver and, therefore, needs new management tools and constant innovation. The book will be a valuable reference to those in charge of finance and expenditure.” — P. Chidambaram, Former Union Minister of Finance, Government of India
