So far I have read all the books in this series expect "Tempting the Highlander." That aside, I think that "Only with a Highlander" is the best out of the series. It was so well written. I loved they way the mystery surrounded Matt's character unwrapped throughout the book with hints here and there. I loved Winter's strong and innocent character and her pet leopard who turned out to be Matt's brother. I just couldn't put this book down....read it in one day! Highly Recommend.
The finale of this series introduces us to Winter McKeage a female descendant of the original group that time traveled to present day Maine from the highlands of Scotland. A little disappointed that Winter wasn't as strong a character as her male counterparts but then again she is not some weak female either!! I particularly enjoyed the mystery surrounding "Talking Tom" and found the ending to be a little unexpected. If you've read the other books in this series, you MUST read this one.
The book to answer all your questions! (or at least most of them) Despite being the latest in the series and involving characters from the other books, Only With a Highlander manages to hold its own amongst its predecessors to bring you a truly memorable romance which will leave you begging to read more about this family. I highly recommend this book to any romance lover, however, I will stress that you really need to read the other books in the series first. Enjoy!
