About the Author

Rita Dattani is a company law consultant, previously in private practice with Norton Rose where she led a team responsible for assessing and commenting on the Government's company law reform proposals which resulted in the Companies Act 2006. She has written and spoken extensively on the Companies Act 2006 and advises on a range of company law, corporate governance and company sectretarial matters.
