FANTASTIC! Looking around you at the high rate of ADHD, ODD, cancer and other diseases it's easy to see that there has to be a correlation between our food and these maladies. This book proves it! Anyone familiar with Sue Dengate's work will appreciate how thoroughly this book is written. Not only is it a cookbook but a comprehensive guide to what/what not to buy from the supermarket. It lists specific brand names that are 'safe' as well as hidden dangers in foods. Worth every penny, especially since your life (or that of your children) could depend on it.
Great book with great recipes. Obviously if you also have Sue Dengates' Fed Up ' then recipes are repeated but I have used this book the most since embarking on an allergy free diet and it was also very helpful for ideas if you are also embarking on a full elimination diet.
This book is awesome recommended to any family having health or behaviour issues inc. ADHD, wealth of knowledge and also support from website other failsafe members highly recommended
