Mr. Shea served as a director, senior officer and general counsel
for over twelve years for two multinational, NYSE-listed companies.
Recently, he was environmental counsel for a sports authority in
projects including a new major football stadium. He was also a
member of an ABA subcommittee which prepared a white paper on
regulation of nanotechnology for the U.S. Environmental Protection
