As a popular commentator on the Arab Spring, the author will be conducting press and television interviews around the launch of the book. He is a frequent commentator on satellite and terrestrial television (RT, Jazeera, BBC Arabic, Mustaqbal, etc.) and as chairman of the British Arab Network regularly speaks at public events.
Aside from his professional life as a practicing GP, Dr Wafik Moustafa makes regular appearances on the BBC, Sky and Al Jazeera as well as a host of other broadcast media. He has led parliamentary missions to Egypt and other destinations, and is a committed campaigner for a range of causes, from the interests of minority communities through to the importance of secular governance. He is Chairman of the Arab Conservative Network.
