Martijn Rutten is vice president and founder of Vector Fabrics, a start-up company in Eindhoven, The Netherlands. Until recently, Martijn worked as system architect at NXP Semiconductors, responsible for the software infrastructure of multi-processor ASICS for advanced smartphones and car-radio products. Martijn is a seasoned architect with nine years of industrial experience in bridging the gap between hardware and software. In 2007, Martijn completed a Ph.D. in computer science at the University of Amsterdam. He currently holds eight worldwide patents.
