About the Author

Jody Vassallo is passionate about travel and food. She has lived in Japan, America, Canada, Israel and the UK and has spent years travelling in Asia, the South Pacific and the Middle East, collecting recipes and exploring remote areas. Asian food holds a special place in her heart, as it has a wonderful way of combining exotic flavours without using large amounts of fat. Focusing on this culsine has allowed her to create the healthy, nutritious and flavoursome recipes that she is renowned for.
