Reviews

This book will get children thinking and making those contagious, adorable sounds they make when awe and wonder set in… great for developing sustained shared thinking or critical thinking in young children.

'The question and answer format will keep young readers entertained and help them to understand and retain animal facts. Amusing illustrations are perfectly matched to the pictures - so we see the whale in a swimming cap and blowing up 250 balloons with one breath! It's great fun but it's also factual; there's a map to show where the blue whale lives too’

This beautifully illustrated book brings blue whale facts to life in a fun, interesting and humorous way. By placing the world's largest mammal in everyday human situations, children will begin to grasp how this gentle giant is huge and impressive. Every page has a new and exciting fact sure to amaze children and adults alike.
