My order was damaged in transit, can I return it for a replacement or refund?

Yes. We try to package all products so that they are not damaged in transit. Mechanical post sorting machines can sometimes damage a product and we will be happy to refund your items at no cost. We don't offer replacements because giving you back your money is faster than sourcing a replacement item.

For damaged items delivered to you in the last 30 days please use the online returns form.
