Buddha dreams of a free Tibet. We were 27.9cm our family: 3 brothers & sisters & my father's parents. 100 monks & the abbot came from Shigatse, where there was the monastery of the Penchen Lama. My parents sent me to learn tailoring. Our first born fell ill 6 months after its birth. It was due to the harm caused by evil spirits & the child developed swellings on its cheek. We faced a lot of difficulties. When the occupiers came, they fought along Kham & Lhasa. People who had no rights were coming to our country. 1955 they came along with the Penchen Rinpoche. 1958, their hold turned stronger & they caused a lot of suffering. A large number of foreigners arrived. They came through Gyangtse & went everywhere. They killed anyone who protested. They said that they had come to revolutionise. The occupiers misled bad people & made them beat & seize the properties of those who were in a higher position & were helpful. Our livelihood was snatched by them. They seized our tsampa, grains, beat people & took many away to be imprisoned. They took everything. They did not even leave anything for us to eat. They gathered the poor & would misinform them & made them beat others, assembling all the villagers. Leaving our country was the saddest thing. His Holiness had already left & we had lost the war. In desperation, we escaped. The saddest part was that we were leaving our country. Some say that they came along with the Penchen Rinpoche who was born in China. They had no rights, but they invaded us because we were gentle people & harmed them in no way. Penchen Rinpoche is a Buddha & he wouldn't bring the occupiers, but that was what the people said. An illegal invasion destroyed 6,000 monasteries & are still doing so.& this is very alarming. Our people in Tibet are suffering greatly.
