MARTY ARMON is the pen name of Martin Berman-Gorvine. He is the author (as Martin Gidron) of The Severed Wing (Livingston Press, 2002), which received the 2002 Sidewise Award for Alternate History (Long Form) at the International Science Fiction Convention in Toronto in 2003, and the short story "The Tallis," which appeared in Jewish Currents magazine in May 2002. Writing as Martin Berman-Gorvine, he is the author of the novels 36 (Livingston Press, 2012), Seven Against Mars (Wildside Press, 2013), Save the Dragons (Wildside Press, 2013), and Heroes of Earth (Wildside Press, projected for fall 2014 release). He is a professional journalist, currently serving as a reporter for Bloomberg BNA's Human Resources Report and editor of Bulletin to Management and Union Labor Report.
