I'm really sure what a "warrior of the light" is, or why I would want to become one, but regarless there are some nice insights into life in this book.
If you're looking at something to navigate you through a hard time, I definately do not recommend it. I would recommend more books like "Feeling Good" by Burns or "A Guide To Rational Living" by Ellis. I don't believe that you will find much benefit in life by sifting through the small page length insights in this book.
As a mind opening and sometimes inspirational read, it is a nice book.
