About the Author

Roz MacLean lives in beautiful Vancouver, BC, where she makes art, rides bikes, writes stories, and works supporting students with diverse needs. Roz is used to exploring and sharing through her art practice, but felt that the best way to share her enthusiasm about cultivating self-compassion, a positive mind set, and resilience was by combining pictures and words into her first book, Violet's Cloudy Day.
