Henrik Orre started his career as a chef, working in bespoke, Michelin-starred restaurants in Norway - he is the former Head Chef of the renowned Stockholm restaurants Mathias Dalgren and Matbaren. He went on to setup his own company, called Kocken Henrik (Henrik the chef), but an early assignment for the Norwegian Cycling Federation led him into the world of professional cycling and ultimately a gig with Team Sky in 2014. Henrik Orre now devotes his culinary expertise to both of his great passions in life: cooking and cycling.
