Mike Brooks is a science fiction and fantasy author who lives in
Nottingham, UK. His work for Black Library includes the Horus
Heresy Primarchs novel Alpharius: Head of the Hydra, the Warhammer
40,000 novels Rites of Passage, Warboss and Brutal Kunnin, the
Necromunda novel Road to Redemption and the novellas Wanted: Dead
and Da Gobbo’s Revenge. When not writing, he plays guitar and sings
in a punk band, and DJs wherever anyone will tolerate him.
Darius Hinks is the author of the Warhammer 40,000 novels
Blackstone Fortress, Blackstone Fortress: Ascension and the
accompanying audio drama The Beast Inside. He also wrote three
novels in the Mephiston series: Blood of Sanguinius, Revenant
Crusade and City of Light, as well as the Space Marine Battles
novella Sanctus. His work for Age of Sigmar includes Dominion,
Hammers of Sigmar, Warqueen and the Gotrek Gurnisson novels
Ghoulslayer, Gitslayer and Soulslayer. For Warhammer, he wrote
Warrior Priest, which won the David Gemmell Morningstar Award for
best newcomer, as well as the Orion trilogy, Sigvald and several
novellas.
Josh Reynolds’ extensive Black Library back catalogue includes the
Horus Heresy Primarchs novel Fulgrim: The Palatine Phoenix, and
three Horus Heresy audio dramas featuring the Blackshields. His
Warhammer 40,000 work includes the Space Marine Conquests novel
Apocalypse, Lukas the Trickster and the Fabius Bile novels. He has
written many stories set in the Age of Sigmar, including the novels
Shadespire: The Mirrored City, Soul Wars, Eight Lamentations: Spear
of Shadows, the Hallowed Knights novels Plague Garden and Black
Pyramid, and Nagash: The Undying King. He has written the Warhammer
Horror novel Dark Harvest, and novella The Beast in the Trenches,
featured in the portmanteau novel The Wicked and the Damned. He has
recently penned the Necromunda novel Kal Jerico: Sinner's Bounty.
He lives and works in Sheffield.
Robbie MacNiven is a Highlands-born History graduate from the
University of Edinburgh. He has written the Warhammer Age of Sigmar
novel Scourge of Fate and Gotrek Gurnisson novella The Bone Desert,
as well as the Warhammer 40,000 novels Blood of Iax, The Last Hunt,
Carcharodons: Red Tithe, Carcharodons: Outer Dark and Legacy of
Russ. His short stories include ‘Redblade’, ‘A Song for the Lost’
and ‘Blood and Iron’. His hobbies include re-enacting, football and
obsessing over Warhammer 40,000.
Nick Kyme is the author of the Horus Heresy novels Old Earth,
Deathfire, Vulkan Lives and Sons of the Forge, the novellas
Promethean Sun and Scorched Earth, and the audio dramas Red-Marked,
Censure and Nightfane. His novella Feat of Iron was a New York
Times bestseller in the Horus Heresy collection, The Primarchs.
Nick is well known for his popular Salamanders novels, including
Rebirth, the Sicarius novels Damnos and Knights of Macragge, and
numerous short stories. He has also written fiction set in the
world of Warhammer, most notably the Warhammer Chronicles novel The
Great Betrayal and the Age of Sigmar story ‘Borne by the Storm’,
included in the novel War Storm. More recently he has scripted the
Age of Sigmar audio drama The Imprecations of Daemons. He lives and
works in Nottingham.
