Josephine Fairley is a Contributing Editor of Mail on Sunday You Magazine where she writes on beauty and organic living, She has also written on beauty for Tatler, Real, Woman's Journal, Elle and Here's Health, and has won the Jasmine award for journalism. She is a founding partner of Green and Black's Organic Chocolate - the world's first organic chocolate. She lives in Hastings Old Town with a walled garden and a (photogenic) Victorian-style greenhouse, and is an expert in organically growing her own herbs and floral ingredients.
